I am not a professional grader, so I will describe this item as premier I can using my own eyes and ears. The picture sleeve has wear, some edge wear and some fading. I have included actual pictures so you can see for yourself. The record has been cleaned with the vinyl buddy system and the discwasher system.There are scratches on the record, but I tested both sides and it played all the way through without skipping. Some surface noise can be heard, especially on the quiet parts, some pops and clicks, nothing overpowering. Label on record has fading and wear, and one lone pen mark.
