Comes with 56 songs and 3 games. I can restore to factory settings prior to shipping if desired. Comes with iPod, original box with guide and sticker, and clear silicone case. The iPod works, but only when connected to a charger. Needs a battery replacement. Some scratches and screen bubble as shown. Does not come with headphones or charger.
