As they are succulent plants, it's customary for us to air-dry them for 5-10 days to ensure their safe arrival during transportation.

Upon arrival, we advise removing any extra roots as they are not active and may lead to rotting in the soil if planted directly. Removing these dry roots will allow your plants to grow just-arrived, healthy roots in their new environment.
