These are genuine 1970s Italian Army chino shorts. Made in Italy, deadstock, unused, in khaki/beige color, which is a typical chino pants color.

There are roughly two types of these Italian Army shorts: early and late models, which have different characteristics and appearances.

The early models, up to around the 1970s, have a button fly front and are made of cotton twill fabric, while the later models from the 1980s onwards have a hook and zipper front and are made of a thinner cotton/polyester fabric.

extremely of those currently available on the market are the later models, and because they are made of cotton-poly fabric, they lack a vintage feel.

This item for sale is an early model, and the sturdy cotton twill fabric has an authentic feel. It is reminiscent of the French Army M52 chino shorts. In fact, they are similar.
It has two side pockets and two back pockets with flaps. Herringbone twill (HBT) fabric is used for the pocket bags, which is a luxurious specification in unseen areas.

Deadstock, unused, unwashed, and in good condition. This item has been stored for a long period of 50 years, so there may be assorted storage stains, but the stains can be removed by washing, so please take care of it yourself.

Originally for men, but due to the small size and short length, it is also recommended for women if the size fits. Above whole, it's cool.
