The flesh is waxy white, thick, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet, slightly fragrant flavor. The seed is extremely small, with an edible rate of 77.1% to 82.5%. The soluble solids content is 17.1% to 20.5%, and the acidity ranges from 0.23 to 0.34 grams per 100 milliliters.
