CARAN D’ACHE 40 NEOCOLOR II AQUARELLE 38 are NEW! My Son assumed these were regular crayons and before I realized what he was using he has used the Rouge Orange and Grey. He lightly used them, they have a little use on the tips (Image Attached). Swatch sheet attached its inside the paper sleeve you just have to cut it, I have not done the swatch sheet.
