This is an unused, unsewn bolt of kimono fabric.

It's a type of Oshima Tsumugi fabric, woven with fine threads, giving it a lustrous sheen and a sound when touched.

The fabric is a dark navy blue, almost black, with blue flowers woven into it, and red accents.

There are a few wrinkles at the beginning of the roll, but overall, it appears to be in relatively good condition without any noticeable flaws.

I have unfolded and checked="checked" about 1 meter of the fabric, but I haven't checked="checked" the rest, so there may be several flaws inside. Please understand this, as I have priced it accordingly.

How about using it luxuriously for handmade crafts or refashioning?
I personally make kimono remake clothes with Western tailoring, and I advise it because it's much easier to start with a bolt of fabric since you don't have to disassemble a kimono.

Bolts of fabric will generally be shipped with the core removed and folded compactly.
